This is an ideal relaxing location with unrivalled views and prime position on the sea front. The property is located only 4 metres away from the sea. A fantastic area for relaxing. This brand new building has 2 apartments for rent. The Ground floor is a 92 m2-2 square apartment and features comfortable beds, sofa with additional mattress,dining area with armchairs and an outdoor garden lounging area. Apartment with private hot tub and Terrace is situated on the first floor. Booth bedrooms, and the living room have their own air conditioning and tv.The sofa is a box spring bed sized 160x200 cm with pu foam mattress and memory additional mattress on top off it. Booth apartments have fully equipped kitchens, their own outdoor area and completely separate entrances, as shown on photos. The garden is reserved for the ground floor(2 bedroom apartment) only. The 65 m2 apartment on the first floor comes with an outdoor 33 m2 lodging area with its own private jacuzzi.

Sun umbrellas and sunbathing chairs are included in price. So is the change of linen and or towels. There are no extra charges. Please note that this property may only accommodate guests who have booked their stay at this property. This is a tranquil location, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centre Bibinje and nearby restaurants, market and grocery stores. The building is situated half way to Bibinje marina and half way to downtown Bibinje.....which makes it an ideal location for swimming. There is a possibility of mooring a boat up to 5 meters. PLEASE NOTE THAT AQUA HAS A THIRD APARTMENT, AND MAY NOT BE RENTED AS A WHOLE.
