Property info

Apartment house Medulinka is new-built, open for the first time in year 2018. It is located in historical center of Medulin, in quiet area. Apartment house has 3 floors with 6 apartments, and two apartments in the next building. Each apartment has own entry and balcony/terassa. Every apartment has modern furniture made of high quality material. Of course, there is a private car park, an outdoor pool with shower. Accommodation is suitable for young people who enjoy a rich night life but also for families with children

Medulin is an attractive place for relaxation. It is located in the South of the Istran peninsula. In the vicinity of Medulin there are many beaches that are breathtaking with their beauty and variety. Bijeca, one kilometer long, sandy oasis in the city center, which hosts as well as locals, is considered to be the most ideal. In addition, there are many historical sights and attractions nearby, for example: National park KAMENJAK, archeological complex VIZULA, historical center in Pula, aquarium Pula, Arco dei Sergi, Teple of Augustus, Twin gate and many others.
