The apartment Ivana is modern, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It has one bedroom (2 beds) with view of the terrace and a small garden, a spacious living room which is in the open space with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a large sofa that instantly turns into a spaceous and comfortable bed for sleeping. It also has a big plasma TV and plenty of space to store your stuff. The small kitchen has absolutely everything you may need; from microwave to coffee maker, big fridge and toaster. Modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bide. What makes this apartment so special is a large glass wall and terrace in the living room with a beautiful seaview on one side, and mountain and forest on the other. The apartment has air conditioning, free wi-fi, washing machine and outdoor barbecue set. Both apartment terraces have a relaxing sea view where you can find peace and shadow all day long. The apartment also provides free parking space and nice Mediterranean herb garden. Its located only 500m from the main beach Sipar and the very center of Mošćenička Draga, as well as all other content.
It is our great pleasure to briefly introduce ourselves. We are Boris and Marija and we are the owners of this beautiful apartment. We are quite average and still relatively young people, born and raised in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia where we live, work and raised our small family. I believe that everyone around the world already knows about Croatia, a small country with a great soul, which has become primarily known for top athletes, beautiful sea and still untouched nature, as well as for many delicacies, excellent wine, cultural-historical sights, and most of all people with big heart. Since early childhood, my husband and me spent olmost every summer on our beautiful Adriatic coast, right in this tame, little seaside town Mošenička Draga, which we fell in love with. For years we dreamed that one day we'll have, in this fairytale, sun-drenched place, our little piece of happiness. With hard work and effort, our dream came true and we now have a privilege to own this beautiful apartment in which we tried to weave everything that represents as, as very simple and opneminded people. The apartment proudly bears the name of our greatest joy, pride and happiness – daughter Ivana.
Mošćenička Draga is located in a beautiful bay at the foot of the Učka mountain. This tame, picturesque seaside town, with beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea, andless hiden coves, will draw you into its peaceful and relaxing way of life, take you away from crazynes of outhside world, giving you the opportunity to relax and find your own peace. It is ideal for everyone, especially for families with children. Proximity of beautiful coastal towns in its area, as Brseč, Mošćenice, Medveja, Lovran as well as the famous Opatija „Fabolus“, gives MD that additional content that makes it attractive to young people. In MD you can find everything a family needs for a relaxed and safe vacation; from supermarket, bakery, small piazza to the numerous cafes, restaurants, fairytale promenade along the sea that stretches between two most beautiful Croatian beaches, Sipar and Sv.Ivan, as well as the post office, cash masines, pharmacy and small clinic. For all the food lovers there are quite some places to eat good (sea) food affordable for evrey pocket. All mentioned facilities, and aff corse beaches are near by our apartment, easily accessible as getting there on foot only takes you 7 minutes.
