Villa Gloria Vita is located in the small village of Nova Vas, near Novigrad. A stay in this villa will provide you with the vacation you've been dreaming of for a long time, as well as a real wellness experience. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a swimming pool, while in the villa you will find a hydromassage tub, so you can relax regardless of the weather. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is intended for 9 guests and will gladly welcome pets. The interior of the villa is 180 m² and consists of 3 floors - lower ground floor, ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare a meal that you can enjoy at the indoor or outdoor dining table. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fireplace that adds a touch of warmth to the room. There is also a illuminated wine fridge that will surely delight lovers of fine wines. The space is dominated by light wood beams that provide an ideal contrast to the modern furniture. Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 2 are on the ground floor, 1 in the lower ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes, desks and TV, and some have their own bathroom. The room on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Most of the bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, while 1 has a hydromassage bathtub. Towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden of 600 m². The garden has something for everyone.
