Villa Oliveti is located in the village of Tar, in the interior of Istria. The courtyard of this 3-bedroom villa is full of lush Mediterranean plants and extends up to 3,000 m². Due to the abundance of greenery, you will have the impression that you are in the middle of nowhere, yet the village is only a few steps away. You will have more than enough privacy and everything you need is just a few meters away. Isn't that the ideal combination? And we saved the icing on the cake for last - a view of the sea. The villa is designed for 8 people, and maybe you and your family/company will be one of the lucky ones to stay there. The interior of Villa Oliveti covers 170 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be welcomed by an open, bright space dominated by an industrial style of decoration. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare meals, and the kitchen island can be the place where you serve them. In the extension there is a dining table with 8 seats and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa for relaxing in front of the TV. This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The room on the ground floor has access to the outdoor terrace and the rooms on the first floor have access to a common balcony. With sea view. In all rooms you will find double beds and storage space for personal belongings. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The area around Tar is known for its excellent olive oil, so a stay in this area will be an ideal opportunity to taste it. Only 3 kilometers from Tar, or about 10 minutes by car, are the first beaches. There are also many restaurants in the area and for those looking for adventure, you can try quad biking. The possibilities are numerous and it's up to you to choose something to your taste.
