The accommodations "Top of the Top Center Apartments- extra clean air" are located in the center close to UNESCO protected heritage site "Diocletian's Palace" and on the noted Splitska Riva. Accommodations are placed in a 200-year-old Dešković ex. Bajamonti Palace, 50 meters away from the sea and 200 meters away from the park forest Marjan, referred by locals as the lungs of the city. The entire park forest Marjan is filled by beaches and is ideal for walking or taking a bike ride. In the surroundings of Dešković Palace, there is a lot of great restaurants and cafe bars. Modern accommodations on the 4th floor have everything a guest needs, ranging from an AC, TV, shower cabin, Wi-Fi, etc. The apartment with the sea view offers a beautiful landscape as you see the surrounding islands, the port of Split, forest Marjan. The bus and ferry station is located about 500 meters away from the apartment. Also, 10 minutes away is the popular sandy beach Bačvice, as well as the noted Jadran swimming pool and the beach Zvončac. All of the City's sightseeing spots and amenities are within close reach to the apartment, due to the extremely central location. It is possible to organize boat trips to islands, rafting on the river Cetina, outings on Krk, Plitvice with a 5% discount.
