Our place is comfortable and very spacious. It's main highlights are definitely 2 sunny balconies with direct sea view, overlooking the entire Bay of Kvarner - City of Rijeka and mountains behind it, islands of Krk and Cres... Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, kettle, refrigerator and freezer. Connected to a dining area and direct exit to a balcony overlooking sea and greenery surrounding the building. Bedroom offers many sleeping options, as beds can be arranged to a Double (200x180 cm), or separated to 2 Single beds (200x90 cm). Each bed can also pull out an additional bed, making it total of 4 beds of 200x90 cm in bedroom alone. It has a direct sea view from bed and exit to balcony. Living Room offers a working desk, with direct sea view and exit to balcony, flat-screen TV and spacious seating area, that can also be converted to a Double bed (200x160 cm), or 2 Single beds (200x80cm). Bathroom with shower and entrance hallway, with a storage for shoes, or luggage. 2 Air Conditioning units available for cooling and heating + additional wall heaters for colder months. Free parking is available in front of the building and always visible from apartment. A great place for short summer stays, or longer winter getaways.

Neighborhood is peaceful, excellent for family atmosphere and relaxation. And best of all, just few minutes away from the "Lungomare" promenade, beaches and opulent villas, walking and biking paths and family-friendly areas. If you want to enjoy the beach, closest is public beach and children Cipera beach with playground and beach bar. Old town, local restaurant, local food market, sea promenade that connects Lovran with little places like Ika, Ičići, Opatija and Volosko are 10 min by slow walking. Building is surrounded by greenery, with quiet street and parking in front of building used only by neighborhood residents. 3 different ways to get to seaside promenade and centers of Lovran and Ika. Following road takes you directly to Lovran old town, in just few minutes. Taking stairs, can get to main Lovran beach also in just few minutes. Many bike and hiking trails start next to apartment, that lead you up to Ucka hill through small villages. Some of most famous local restaurants in walking distance.
