The heart of the villa is living room, where you can relax in front of the TV or play billiards. The jewel of our villa is the grand private pool, a refreshing oasis measuring 12x4 meters. Bask in the warm sun by day, and by evening, let the poolside ambiance enchant you. Picture yourself having BBQ with your family and friends right next to the swimming pool! Families will delight in our array of additional facilities, ensuring everyone's needs are met. A dedicated children's playground offers endless fun for the little ones, while adults can take advantage of various amenities. Your safety and security are paramount; that's why we offer a private fenced parking area for your convenience. The villa is a 40-minute drive from the sea and beaches, and only a few minutes away from the small, charming town - Trilj, which has shops, restaurants, a post office and everything else you need close at hand.
