This villa is perfect for dreaming and enjoying. Villa Astera will enchant you! The modern Villa Astera is located in the small town of Visnjan, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There is a private pool with loungers on the spacious terrace. The villa has 270m2 of living space and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor there are 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 elegantly decorated bathrooms. On the balcony you can enjoy a magical view of the city of Visnjan. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large dining table where you can spend warm summer evenings with family and friends. There is a children's playground on the lawn for the youngest family members. The ground floor of the villa has a beautiful living room with access to the terrace and a large glass wall. This gives you a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. On the same floor there is an elegantly furnished dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the highlights is the sauna and whirlpool where you can spend wonderful hours. For our active guests there is also a table tennis which provides great excitement. Book Villa Astera and spend your dream vacation in the Istrian idyll! . Villa Astera is located in the western part of Istria in the town of Visnjan, near Porec and Novigrad. With an attractive location surrounded by enchanting nature, this villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The nearest beach is in Porec, just 10 km from the villa. Along the coast you will enjoy the beautiful beaches and coves that will enchant you with their beauty. During your stay in Istria, you should definitely visit small towns in the area where you have the opportunity to taste traditional specialties in local taverns. Be sure to visit the Istralandia Aquapark near Novigrad.
