This beautiful apartment, renovated in 2018, is located in the sought-after Crni Mul district right on the popular sandy beach of Crikvenica. It extends over the entire upper floor and impresses with a huge 48 m2 terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, an airy double bedroom with a balcony and sea view to the south and another bedroom with a balcony to the north. A modern bathroom and the furnished terrace with sun loungers make the stay particularly comfortable. Thanks to the excellent location, restaurants, a pizzeria, bakery, grocery stores and the beach are just a few steps away. A private parking space is located behind the house. The apartment also offers WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and an outdoor shower. Pets are not allowed. Due to the slight slope, you can enjoy a fantastic sea view from the 2nd floor - the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday!
