This is new built - beautiful Istrian Villa with pool for 6-8 persons.Finished in July 2016. Ideal for family or friends. It is situated in a part of big private property of 40000m2. House is 230 m2. We decorated it with love and passion. Situated in the entrance of the Natural Park Učka and immerse in green. If you are looking for high quality accommodation, privacy, peace, relax- it is perfect for you. On the ground floor there is 1 sleeping room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, Open space living room connected with the dining room and the full equipped kitchen. From the dining room there is the exit to the terrace . On the 1st floor there are 2 sleeping rooms,1 bathroom. One room has its private balcony with the view on the Mount Ucka. In all rooms there is a TV SAT . All rooms are air conditioned. The Pool area and the garden are spacious. Garden and terrace furniture is high quality. There is a big swing and a trampoline. We have a ''wild corner'' with the hammock and wooden blocks .Nights are special, sky under the Mount Ucka is very clean and you can enjoy in looking infinite stars ...you are welcome!
We are family Skropeta .With 3 children and 2 dogs. We love nature, playing, swimming, excursions, riding bikes ,fishing, truffle searching, As we have experience and working in tourism, we are very opened to new people and different cultures.Hospitality is part of our family.
In Vranje, small Istrian village where is the Villa Mare&Monti Istra situated , there are 2 popular restaurants ,a Supermarket, a Church .Possibility to buy a lot of Seasonal home produced food by our neighbours or us (vegetables & fruits , meat, cheese, prosciutto, milk, Honey). Opatija and Rijeka are only half our drive away our Villa. Opatija, the queen of Croatian tourism is very popular for its history (Opatija was a gathering spot for Austro-Hungarian nobility in 19 century) and its beautiful beaches.
