Ground floor has cozy livingroom with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dinning table. Separate bathroom and One of bedrooms is also situated on the ground floor and has en-suite bathroom. First floor has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with terrace where you can enjoy in stunning sea view. All house is covered with air-condition and all bedrooms have TV's. Lovely garden has 32sqm private pool, a small golf course with one hole, BBQ, shower, cover terrace with dining table where you can enjoy prepare specialties of Istrian cuisine.
