Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment (28 sqm), suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge (35-40 sqm). Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels, a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, coffee, tea, and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi. In addition to all the above listed “technical information”, our apartment can be described as small but with a great soul. There are several features that make it very special, such as the lounge furniture made for relaxing and enjoying surrounded by aromatic scents coming from our Mediterranean garden and the so-called Fragola grapes with a specific "kind of strawberry" flavour. So, the terrace is a perfect place to read a book or enjoy a glass of fine Istrian wine with your beloved one.
We designed and furnished the apartment with a special care for details, as if preparing it to host dear friends. Adjacent to the apartment you can take a look at our small family history museum. Moreover, there are several TV channels with different contents at your disposal, as well as books, free Wi-Fi and free parking (oh right, we've mentioned this already :-). The apartment can be easily found because it is situated near the main road, in a quiet part of Pula and at walking distance from some of the best restaurants and pizzerias in town.
In conclusion, we set up our apartment together, working as a family team, and indeed we are a small family with a big heart which we partly built into our small tourism project with the only goal to create a pleasant environment for our guests.
