Bár a szállás nem a központban van, mi ezt nagyon szerettük. 10-15 perc sétával be lehetett jutni a főtérre, közben megtapasztalva Kaposvár atmoszféráját a régi épületek és a magas fák emlékeit. A központban (de már útközben is) több lehetőség áll rendelkezésre, hogy reggelizzen az ide látogató, akár hétvégén is. A város csodálatos, nagyon szépen felújított és tényleg tele van fával, virággal. Nagyon jó hangulatú a fő tér és annak környéke. Jó éttermekkel, gyönyörű épületekkel. Kicsit olyan, mintha az ember visszamenne az időben...persze ehhez le is kell lassulni a mai felgyorsult világból, de Kaposvár alkalmas hely a lassításra. A szállás közelében található egy olasz élelmiszerbolt, ahol valóban igazi olasz különegességeket lehet beszerezni. Az apartmannal kapcsolatban mi sem jobb visszajelzés, hogy a 12 éves lányom azt mondta "Apa! Az én lakásom is ilyen lesz."
