The location of the Hardiman hotel is excellent, just a few steps away from the fantastic atmosphere of Galway City. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much. Our room was amazing on 5th floor with a sea view.

Fantastic location. Ideal for people travelling by bus or train. Front of house staff gave us a warm welcome, and all restaurant staff were excellent. Beautiful decor and a lovely ambiance in general. Breakfast served to order...Not long to wait and tasted great.

I loved the style and atmosphere of the hotel. Our room was lovely too, very comfortable. I loved how we had robes in our room too - a small but appreciated extra. The location is fantastic too, you can’t get more central. I like how you have Field Day toiletries in the room, I feel it’s a nice approach supporting Irish brands. I also flagged that it was my partner’s birthday before arriving, when we returned to the room, there was a birthday plate with macaroons on it. It was such a lovely tough and he was chuffed!

The breakfasts were great. Good food, many options, wonderful ambiance. The staff were always polite and helpful and we were always served very quickly.

That the Building tells us the story of passed days

Everything was fantastic! The staff are extremely professional, attentive and personable. The decor of the hotel is absolutely stunning! So clean and beautiful. The hotel has a fantastic location too. Lastly, the breakfast was beautiful every morning with plenty of choice! We were finding the shower a little tricky to use so called reception to ask if somebody could come help us in the morning. They sent somebody up straight away (at 10pm!), he was beyond helpful, got stuck into showing us how to work the shower and couldn't do enough to ensure we felt comfortable. I'd love if this kind gentleman could be made aware of this - he was a tall, slim man working an evening shift. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic stay! I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Galway!

Loved everything, couldn't fault atmosphere, staff, food & drinks. Booked a suite as we had a special occasion, beautiful room & views

We had such a lovely time, fabulous room for a geeat price.Every member of staff we met were so friendly. Both breakfast and dinner were lovely, well presented and I much rather the freshly cooked breakfast as opposed to the buffet style. Will be back👍😊

Central position, the cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel, the kindness of the staff and the wide choice at breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and prompt with my requests. My Dad was given a Suite with a welcome note and sweet display for his birthday nice touch 👌
