This penthouse apartment is the best place to unwind in style! The entrance is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) and the incredible penthouse terrace is on the 5th floor. The apartment is encircled by beautiful big windows that allow you to see the city from all angles. Elegant and modernly furnished, the kitchen and living area have all of the necessities and luxuries you need. The two bedrooms are privately tucked away up the stairs, with direct access to the incredible terrace. Located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks and the beach boardwalk, this apartment has everything you need to feel at home in Tel Aviv! The whole apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. All utilities are included. Entrance on the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment is two-storeys; covering the 4th and 5th floors.

Neighborhood info

Quiet family neighborhood, which has the advantage of being close to the calming Hayarkon Park, the shops of the Namal (Port of Tel Aviv), Hilton Beach and lively bars on Dizengoff. You understood, no need to go further, you are right next to everything. This area is lively, rich in restaurants, cafes and stores. A highlight: the chic designer boutiques on North Dizengoff. If you are coming from the airport you can either take the train that runs regularly and is only a 15 min ride to the TLV train station. From there you can either take a cab, or take a sherut (shuttle van) number 4 or 5. If you wish to come by taxi it should cost you between 100-180 NIS depending on the time of day. There are many amenities within walking distance. If you want to take public transportation, countless buses and the 24/7 sherut (shuttle van) run on your street. Both can also take you to the central bus station or train station that are only 15 min away.
