WARNING: before each check in all the guests have to pay a deposit, and all the Israeli have to pay 17 percent VAT to get check in instructions. "Only a few minute's walk from the famous Carmel Market and Tel Aviv's boardwalk; you will be in the middle of local life near many restaurants and businesses. The apartment has 3 very sunny and spacious bedrooms, with a very large open sea view. There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom, one double bedroom and one smaller room with a bunk-bed. The living room and kitchen are open-planned. From the living room, you can exit to a very nice terrace. There is a flat-screen TV with international channels and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances you will need for cooking. Your comfort is important to us so we make sure that our apartments are equipped with all the necessary appliances you may need while you are away, so we provide: coffee, cleaning supplies, cooking appliances and an iron. Fresh, clean sheets and towels are of course provided. Perfect for family and friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people. THE PARKING IS ONLY FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM CARS
