Sea front, 2 rooms, luxury apartment 100% facing the sea marine. This is a completely new renovated sea front apartment. The balcony is facing the sea. You can see the sea also from the kitchen, the living room and the entrance of the apartment, as the apartment has a huge glass windows facing the sea. This unique condominium complex has a big outside pool, a gym and a beautiful outside garden. This unique and peaceful complex also has a nice lobby with guardian and security 24/7 for the entire complex. During the last few years this location became a trending and preferable by many Israelis and tourists alike for going out and enjoying. There are many good restaurants 4 minutes' walk from the apartment, and another location of restaurants about 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. Of course, there are few restaurants on the beach as well. There is a shopping mall about 3 minutes' walk from the apartment. The beach is 4 minutes' walk. You can also rent a yacht or join a lovely yacht tour just 2 minutes from the apartment.
We love perfection. This is why we renovated the apartment and bought everything new. Some stuff we important as we wanted the apartment to be perfect. The main reason is that we love the sea and therefore we think that the apartment must be perfect for our guest, as its location is perfect. Except of that we love to travel and know what we expect to get while we are the tenants, so we made sure everything is there exactly as we expect it.
This luxury and exclusive sea front apartment located in this beautiful complex in the Mediterranean Sea Marine, is next to a shopping mall and many outside stopped and luxurious restaurants. During the last few years this location became a trending and preferable location for locals and tourists to go out and enjoy. The beach (sand sea beach) is a walk of 3 minutes from the apartment. The marine is 1 minute walk from the apartment.
