Many families visiting Tel Aviv loved staying at Levinski Market Hotel, Ink Hotel, and Renoma.
Some of the best hotels in Tel Aviv near Azrieli Towers include Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center, an IHG Hotel, Play Midtown Hotel Tel Aviv and Link Hotel & Hub By Dan Hotels.
The city is good. Just like Mumbai of India or Bangkok of Thailand. Not too clean and shops are also like of those cities. Not like European way. Shop owners charge £6 for 500 ml water sometimes. Try to buy food and water from super markets. Try to visit other city in Europe if you can.
Tel Aviv is lovely and expensive. Come prepared to drop a dime. Real estate is expensive as is food. Not sure if related to surcharges after corona or security measures in place, but it is definitely more expensive in all levels. Traveling on bus is doable however, within each city learn to take the bus to cut down on cost.
The first impression when goin out of HaHagana railway station is that the city is dirty, as in lots of stains on the sidewalks. There are also places with old and neglected buildings, but after a while you can see the charm of the city: lots of different areas, each with its own characteristic. A wide boulevard with a lane for strolling in the middle, with trees and small food shops, another area with modern buildings, the Florentin neighbourhood with lots of street art and small restaurants and pubs, the old town of Jaffa/Yafo with narrow streets, old architecture and lots of art galleries, a park here and there with wonderful bougainvillea flowers, clean and shiny malls, food markets with colourful stalls, museums and good food.
This was SUMMER in Tel Aviv - sweltering hot during the day and mild at night. If you come in July or August, the best game plan is to rise early, go to the beach and enjoy until it gets too hot, retreat to your accommodations for lunch and a long siesta and then go out again in the evening. Tel Aviv is hopping in evening at at night until very late - which makes sense given the impossiblity of doing anything in mid-day. While Tel Aviv has all the amenities of any big city, it does have some special features. First, it has a "neighborhood" feel to it - people talk to each other, wave to friends in the are. It seems very safe. Second, Tel Aviv is a very LGBTQ-friendly city. Rainbow flags everywhere. If gays bother you, don't go to Tel Aviv. If you like the ambience of smart and quirky people - which fits a lot of LGBTQ people- then this is the city for you. Reminds me of San Francisco that way. I'm not gay but have a lot of friends who are, and I like their tolerant and amused view of the world. So I feel comfortable with the people in Tel Aviv. Third - while Tel Aviv is the most expensive city in the world - really - it is using a lot of that money for renovation. The "White City" Bauhaus and Art Deco buildings especially are getting restored. The White City is a UNESCO World Heritage site and walking around looking at these restored homes and commercial buildings - occupied and working , not museum pieces - is a real joy. I remember these as sad decaying slums and cheer to see what is happening there now.
Tel Aviv is a city steeped in history and has a lot to offer for those who like a mixture when traveling. From our hotel, it was a 20min walk into the old town of Jaffa. Food is amazing and highly recommend doing the Jerusalem tour with Dr Haim.
Everything was great! The time spent there, will always remain in my heart. I recommend the lovely rooftop restaurant in Jaffa and unforgettable walks by the sea at night. Tel Aviv is for me: wonderful people who were helpful in every situation.
It was a great time to stay in Hotel Beywatch. It was unexpected that staff would be so friendly and could fix everything around me including my spoiled mood. As for me hotel has the best location. There are beach, good restaurants, supermarkets and places for resting near the hotel. The rooms were quite good especially if you have hammock. I enjoyed time in it with cup of delicious coffee provided me from hotel. To be honest I’d never been before in Israel and people made me to fall in love in Tel Aviv. It was a pleasure time.
Tel Aviv
The location is really great right in front of the beach very close to the city center. On walking you can easily reach the northern part with bars and restaurants or Jaffa located in the south. To ask absolutely rooms with a view and sea front. The hotel is small and quiet. and you have a parking that is awesome in Tel aviv when you have a car. The staff is total helpful. In my opinion it has the best value for money in Tel Aviv. For big hotels with sea view you have to spend at least double.
Expected more for the price but to be fair price is in line with regional norms- no curtains on windows, just a light net covering which doesn’t keep our morning light. Not ideal for light sleepers either. Buffet breakfast was very good. Buffet dinner overpriced - a la carte menu limited. Staff all very friendly!! Location is best thing about this hotel - just steps away from fabulous beach promenade where even at night whilst walking alone I felt very safe!!
The hotel is beautifully located in old Jaffo and very quiet. That’s unusual in Tel Aviv. My room was huge, very clean, big bed, Bathroom very nice, Coffee machine - all perfect. The check-in was easy via message, WLAN worked very well. I could stay until 1pm (although check-out is normally at 11am), so i could have a shower after a long walk at the beach and through Jaffo. Very friendly staff - I would definitely return when i come to Israel again.
The location is fantastic. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. Bus stops are close by for longer trips. Fairly easy stroll to the beach. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and we’re amazed at how much space we had! Very spacious (for Tel Aviv) open concept living/dining. Hotel is family friendly. They have cribs available for an extra fee. The crib is a mini crib but still big enough for my large 2 year old.
Amazing hotel, close to the beach, but also not too far from the old town, where you could have a lovely walk to. Every floor is a surprise where you will be surrounded by art, that you can actually purchase. Excellent breakfast, clean and they have this happy hour where they offer you drinks and good, we were too busy discovering the exciting Tel Aviv but it looked great. I am already recommending the hotel to my friends.
Boutique hotel located across from the beach in a nice area of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to the old city of Yafo. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices. They had coffee, tea, milk, fruits and cakes available in the breakfast area till late in the evening. Also, beach towels available from reception all day. Lots of eating places nearby, we asked at reception for help and got good advice.
excellent location- right near beaches and many restaurants, and the free on-site parking is a huge bonus. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Very homey feel to this hotel. We had a suite with balcony/ sea view that was great for relaxing between all our exploring. Will definitely come back!!
Just nice place to stay for short period of time. I like Tel Aviv and Central Hotel is near US embassy, very safe area, for safety, its the best place to stay, very close to the beach, Front desk old man was very nice, and the young guy is also very nice. I cant complain at all
Everything! I love Yam, it’s my home away from home in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect for food and beach. The staff is amazing, I practically live in hotels and the Yam personnel are true professionals and like family. Love their evening aperitivo and the entire hotel vibe.
Tel Aviv
For location, this is probably the best situated hostel in Tel Aviv, expressly because it's away from the hubbub, right off a nice teak ocean walk with food, nice beaches, parks, grass parks, a river, and a stop for the 9shekel something airport bus, and a bus hub.
Really nice hotel close to the Tel Aviv beaches. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious (rare in TLV), clean, and felt relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Tel Aviv and want to be close to the beach / in the city.
Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Close to the beach and nice parts of Tel Aviv. Good breakfast (if you like continental breakfast or sandwich). Biscuits, beverages and fruit available 24h. Staff at reception was very nice.
Tel Aviv
The O Pod Hotel is a very convenient nice hotel in Tel Aviv right at the beach. The staff is very nice helpful (especially Omri - I hope I got the name right). He did a wonderful job helping me getting organized in Tel Aviv!

Fantastic new hotel in Tel Aviv, just a two minute walk from the beach. The staff were all very friendly, the room was very confortable, with great Wi-fi. Loved the complementary Nespresso coffee everiday
The hotel is perfect for staying near to the beach and all the interesting sights of Tel Aviv. The room ist comfortable and cozy in a modern style. We loved the place!
The location was great! It is located near the beach. I had no problem getting to the hotel from the airport on Public Transportation!
