I found that it was the best hostel not only is Israel but in the world. Everything was exceptional for the price, the communal areas (ground floor, first floor and rooftop), the breakfast, the dorms. I am happy I discovered this hostel. Now I have a place to stay in Tel Aviv.

Great service. Great food. Exceptional hospitality. They called to inform us that they had found a jewelry item we forgot. They collected it and placed it in a safe until we return to reclaim it.

My room was upgraded on arrival. I had an amazing view room was super comfortable and clean reception desk extremely helpful restaurant stuff really nice. Unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to the going conflict in the region. Again the front desk handled everything with efficiency professionally and curtesy I was so impressed

Amazing location with a very delicious and wonderful assortment of breakfast options, rooms had great instant Turkish coffee and all the amenities I needed for a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff was so kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet and the dinner. We had a great time and strongly recommend staying here for a quiet getaway in a busy town.

While the property itself could use a major update and the rooms need some upkeep, the kindness and professionalism of the staff stood out. Adi went above and beyond, was always available, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. His dedication and personal approach truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience.
