Beautiful city with European vibes but with nice people (no offense). Music everywhere, nice food (regular not the best), different animations. The multicultural city is just wonderfully mixed and an incredible fusion of those cultures. Social tolerance no judgment. Jaffa is a very interesting historical site near (part of) tel Aviv. To move to the city you have buses and the application moovit very practical application location in Israel. One thing waze doesn't work properly there ( not all the time )
Tel Aviv is a surprise package! So much history but also great for sea. Tip! Buy your bus and travel ticket ,RavKav, on arrival at the rail Station. You load it with credit from your card or cash. Tap in and out in the bus/rail station. Works for train and bus. Transport is really good in Israel and cheap compared to the UK. Check out Carmel Market, the sea front walk and Jaffa old town for arts and culture. In town can be a bit run down due to construction work but the overall impression is great place to visit!
Worst time to visit the city. And the airport is just crazy. They almost made me miss my flight and they lost my luggage which is still not found. In addition, some people speak really good English but others really bad. Honestly, all in all I did not have a great experience.
I went for the pride parade, the city is called the bubble and is really modern and open minded. However the fact that in Israel on Saturday there are no public transports at all, is not to the standard of a modern touristic city. The "weekend bus network" is a serious mystery, bus number aren't indicated and you need to guess. It's not a cheap city but if you eat far from the beach restaurant is still affordable. Be aware that some times when you speak in English, people say yes, yes, but they didn't understand a word. For a solo traveller there are plenty of venue where you can walk. Beaches are very clean and Israel is a secure place even late at night.
I only stayed 3 days at the O pod but altogether almost 7 weeks in TA. It is a great city very interesting, a lots of interesting places, museums, restaurants and fun streets to go around the only drawback is the prices which are outrageous.
Very liberal city, touristy seafront, with perfect amenities, the feeling of being safe all around the core city. Old Jaffa and some streets in town are very Bohemian, locals shopkeepers are not the harrassing type you get to see in Jerusalem or the Middle East. However, some of the outer TA neighborhoods did not leave me a good impression, I did not feel like exploring too much due to the locals animosity.
It's a great hotel with perfect location and delicious breakfast. When you visit Telaviv as a tourist, all interesting places are reachable by walk from here, including beach and promenade, most museums, Jaffa port etc. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 a.m. in the restaurant on the 6th floor offering nice view. It consits of many local and international specialites - it is hard to taste everything during one meal. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. A stay is not cheap, but we receive very good quality.
What a great, cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Jaffa. A walking distance from the beach and a popular Jaffa Flea Market with its trendy cafés and restaurants. The manager is very kind and helpful. The rooms are super spacious, stylish and clean with high ceilings. The bed is very comfortable. There is a free coffee and tea in the lobby. The rooftop terrace is great for relaxing and sunbathing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. This hotel is a hidden gem! Highly recommended!
A very friendly small hotel in a central Tel Aviv location just off Allenby, only a stone's throw from the fascinating Carmel market and a short distance from the city's wonderful beaches. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful and sorted out a room problem for us quickly and without fuss. Happy hours in their lounge/bar area were very good with Israeli wines and snacks on offer and gave you the chance to meet other guests from all over the world.
Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to everywhere and nearby the beach. I really liked the hotel design. So modern looking.. I can say that it was one of the cleanest hotel I stayed so far. I would stay there next time I visit Tel Aviv. And I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the center of the city.
Everything about the hotel is great except that it doesn't have a lift (it's 2 floors only) The location cannot be better, right on the best beach of Tel Aviv with everything close by Staff is great and always helping Allowed us for a very early check in which was really helpful, helped us to book a tour to Jerusalem which was a great tour.
Rooms are great, functional and beautiful. I felt like home. Everything is kept simple and perfect. Hey, really great beds! Check in is flawless, you can enjoy your favourite beverage while the receptionist prepares your card and details in 5 minutes. Lovely staff, smiling and helpful. I think we found the best boutique hotel in Tel Aviv finally.
Tel Aviv
The apartment is new modern design with high standard furniture, which makes it feel as boutique hotel. Location is perfect, close to the beach and centre Tel Aviv. Adi is amazing, very helpful with high service awareness, she was available at any time for any request and all with a smile.
as per location- we parked at the pubic parking of the old harbor , it is public parking and we paid for the night till mid day next day 6nis, which is amazing for Tel Aviv, the hotel is located near amazing cafes and restaurants and the beach. Ask for beach towels at the front desk.
Just nice place to stay for short period of time. I like Tel Aviv and Central Hotel is near US embassy, very safe area, for safety, its the best place to stay, very close to the beach, Front desk old man was very nice, and the young guy is also very nice. I cant complain at all
Tel Aviv
For location, this is probably the best situated hostel in Tel Aviv, expressly because it's away from the hubbub, right off a nice teak ocean walk with food, nice beaches, parks, grass parks, a river, and a stop for the 9shekel something airport bus, and a bus hub.
Nice hotel in a great location. Right the beach and across the street from bus stops that can get you all over Tel Aviv. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. We have stayed here several times and it is now our go to hotel when we visit our daughter.
Location is perfect, right next to the beach & in the heart of Tel Aviv. Very suitable for tourists and business travellers in terms of location. Comfortable bed, nice renovated bathroom. Overall a functional hotel.
This hotel is a great option to enjoy Tel Aviv. Just blocks away from the big hotel resorts which cost double. Tel Aviv is all about the beach and city and no one stays in the room anyways. I was very happy with my stay.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and in my favourite area of Tel Aviv, also close to Levontin St which I really liked... breakfast and amenities were great, staff was friendly and very helpful.
Top locality - the hotel is 1 minute from very nice Tel Aviv beach, you can enjoy bars on the beach, restaurants and high level background. Breakfast was also very good and various. Staff helpfull and kind.
Probably the best boutique hotel in Tel Aviv Every little detail was thought of. The design is amazing the room the patio. The rooftop swimming pool the service everything top notch just perfect 👏👏👏
An average hotel in Tel Aviv, near the beach..Only a 5 minute walk. It was clean. Near by cafe Nabi Yuna very good, you should try it
Charming little boutique hotel with terrific friendly service and perfect location for the most picturesque part o Tel Aviv.
The location, the views, the hotel, staff, and service. Everything was excellent. The beach is less than 5 min walk. Bazaars, markets, and restaurants are a block away—lovely places to visit. The hotel's proximity to leisure venues is close. I am happy to have chosen this hotel located in the old historic suburb "Jaffa" in Tel-Aviv. The area is historical, and the hotel used to be an old prison. You will see its history on the walls and the design of the building. I stayed in room 525. It was a corner room with great windows, very spacious. The bathroom felt like a spa with a walk-in shower and bathtub and a big window overlooking the ocean. I stayed for one night before we left the country. I wish I had stayed longer, but I couldn't. I forgot to mention the bed was soft, and the windows or rooms were soundproof. You couldn't hear street noise compared to other hotels I stayed in.
Great location, nice style, comfy bed, staff was very good, free parking
