Company info

We, Mira and Ron, are the owners of the apartments and not brokers. We have several apartments - both for larger families and the option of adjoining apartments. We speak English, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.

Property info

An apartment hotel located right on the beach, 10 minutes from Tel Aviv. And 10 minutes away from Rishon Lezion - Jaffa. You can see a sea view from the bedroom and you can also see a sea view from the living room. The apartment has a refrigerator, a kitchenette for cooking, stoves, a microwave, air conditioners in every room, a TV and free internet. The building has a pool for both adults and children at the guests' service. There is a wet and dry sauna. There is a gym and a ping pong room. There are guards 24 hours in the building and there is a reception for the service. There is a supermarket in the building. Below Ninish is a long promenade that reaches within a 10-minute walk to Jaffa and Rishon Lezion. There are many restaurants adjacent to the hotel. There is a Ninja and sports facility for free for children. For business people there is a taxi fax service and a bus stop adjacent to the building and everything is accessible and close. Business people have an office building attached to it for short term rent.

Neighborhood info

The apartment hotel is located on the promenade of the city of Bat Yam. The distance from Tel Aviv is 10 minutes. The distance from the airport is 30 minutes. From the hotel there is a beautiful promenade for a 10-minute walk to Jaffa. There is a bus station next to the hotel. a train . and a taxi rank. The hotel has an Ofer supermarket that is open most of the day. Parking lots and a shopping mall and markets are a 10-minute walk away. There is a Ninja sports facility for children and adults free of charge adjacent to the hotel. We have more apartments on the promenade for large families or VIP apartments for business people. All apartments have free parking and Wi-Fi.
