Umangshan Ventures is a start-up company established in 2017 in New Delhi. We are currently managing two Vacation rental home's (properties) in Goa located in Baga and Candolim. Our objective to make guest's feel at home during their vacation.

Property info

302 Casa Stay is a two-bedroom apartment with pool facing view, located on the ground floor of Beira Mar Resort (now known as OLIVA Resort). The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay in Goa with Power-back.

Neighborhood info

302, Casa Stay is located in the centre of Baga very close to Tito's lane T-point on your way from Calangute. The apartment is located inside a Resort earlier know as Beira Mar now Oliva Resort. Tito's Lane is the most touristy alive area of Goa with great clubs, restaurants and Local shopping stalls etc. There is no lean season or Peak season in this part of Goa; it is always happening and provides the tourist with the real flavour of Goan Holidays. Baga Beach is just 7 mins walk from the apartment, and one can have dive into water-sports or have a relaxing sunbath with great food from the shacks. Despite being soo close to Tito's Lane, guests get complete privacy and the cosy environment once they enter the apartment.
