One of the best places we ever stayed. The staff were very courteous especially Renjith and Ansil. The food at hornbill restaurant was delicious. The ambiance and the views at this resort was spot on. Carrying back good memories. Sure to return.

The location was truly mesmerizing, the views of the tea plantation hills from the restaurant area were just mystical. The staff was very attentive, kind and helpful. Their service went above and beyond our expectations. Small anecdote: we forgot a set of airpods at the hotel after checkout. After contacting the hotel, they searched for them, packed them, and shipped to us to our next hotel all across India. Lastly, the food we tried was delicious: kuttandan chicken curry, Malabar fish curry, parathas and pakodas

The location was breathtaking, and we hadn't encountered any such sceneries during our stay across different cities in India. The view of the hills and valleys covered with mist and clouds in the background created a mesmerizing view that will forever be etched in our memories.

We stayed there for 3 days and the entire stay was amazing. The location is really good, just 3 kms from City centre. The property is quite spacious and rooms were quite spaced out, so we had maximum privacy. Property was quite green with lot of tree plantation. Staff was really courteous and helpful. They made our stay even more amazing. We had all the meals in the house and we loved every single dish that was served to us. Menu had enough options to allow us to keep experimenting for 3 days. The view of the munnar hills from the property was brilliant. There were lot of song birds around, clouds were ever present and many a times they covered the property too. Overall a very good and relaxing stay in the gem of this place. Property managers were also really nice and very informative.

This month me and my family visited/stayed in more than 5 resorts and taking about Blackberry resort. My family was not comfortable with the room but soon within an hour they liked the ambiance of the room and behaviour of all staff starting from receptionist to housekeeping was too good and joyful. Property has lot of activities and space to roam around which is a plus point.
