Independent 4 BHK apartment located in the posh neighbourhood of Kailash Colony, close to prominent shopping areas and historical monuments of South Delhi. The apartment serves as an ideal space for Medical, Business and Leisure travellers, families and large groups, wanting to explore Delhi, being amidst the main action area. The apartment is located within 5 minutes distance from the corporate hub of Nehru Place and 10 minutes from famous shopping areas of South Extension, Greater Kailash, Lajpat Nagar & Saket, and medical centres like Moolchand, Holifamily, and Apollo. Amenities: *Free Housekeeping (Once Daily except for Sundays and public holidays) *Free Linen change (Weekly) *Free Electricity (50 units/day Pro-rata) Our property is located on the second floor of an apartment building. There is an elevator in the building, however, in the event of a power failure (which is rare), the elevator will not work. This property is part of a residential apartment complex that has certain rules about loud music/ cordial neighbourhood relations, which our guests would be expected to maintain. No Caretaker stays at the Property. The entry/exit to the building is secured via CCTV.
