* Myself, Eshali Trehan. * We are part of Trehan's Residence, located in Central Delhi surrounded by lush green trees and many parks and well connected to main places in New Delhi. * The Bathroom is not attached and commonly use by other guests. * We have 2 common bathroom available in the premises. *The Cleaning fee charges would be 100/day. Eg: If Guest's total stay is of 2 days then they will need to pay 200 rs., in advance. * The kitchen usage will cost minimum amount of 100 rs to 200 rs. * Guests staying for more then 2 days, will have to pay advance bills i.e. Electricity, Water, Gas as per usage. * We have separate Meters for each room. * They need to pay a minimum amount of advance security for the later adjustments of their bills. The remaining amount will be returned at the time of their vacation. * Check-in Timing 10 AM - Check-out Timing 10 AM (next day). Thanks
