Aura in Alibaug is a luxurious 4-bedroom pool villa surrounded by well-manicured lawns. This private villa features 3 levels of spacious living space, each with its own unique decor and amenities. The ground floor features a living room, 2 bedrooms, & ensuite bathrooms, while the garden area has a well-equipped games room. First floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, and a common area. Common dining area and kitchen have an Indian-style seating arrangement and overlook the azure pool area. Surrounded by well-manicured lawns, this safe & sanitised pool rental villa Ground floor with living room, 2-BDR & ensuite bathrooms, common area & terrace & a games room; First Floor with 2-bedroom & ensuite bathroom, 2 terraces & a common area. Meal Charges :Adults All Meals Veg & Non- Veg 1900 (+ GST),Children :All Meals Veg & Non-Veg 1400(+ GST). Upper floors can be accessible by stairs only. Pool are operational till 7pm. Outdoor bar & barbeque arrangements can be made next to the pool deck & balconies, whereas a games room with a pool table, table tennis, board games & outdoor gym keep you merrily engaged. Driver accommodation available for 1 driver. Outside food is not allowed. No AC in living room & Dining room Security Deposit: 4000 per room. There are 2 bedrooms on the underground level that are not accessible to guests. One of the rooms currently accommodates the caretaker and his family. Diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 4 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. 1st 2 hours won't be charged post that if there is no electricity, depending on the duration maximum 4 hours will be charged Amount is 750/- per hour
