A cozy and peaceful 2bhk private pool villa in the society of Gold Valley Centrally located and 10 mins (3.6 kms) from Lonavala Railway Station and main market area. Villa has 2 cozy comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small patio area, a kitchen and a living room along with an 18*9 outdoor private pool and sit out area. BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms in this villa on the first floor. - AC is offered in 1 bedroom. - One bedroom on the first floor has an attached balcony. BATHROOMS - 1 bathroom is on the ground floor and 1 bathroom is on the 1st floor. KITCHEN - Guests can make use of the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee and small snacks like maggi, eggs, poha etc. Comes with induction, fridge, water purifier. LIVING ROOM - The living room has a Flat Screen TV and Sofa set. Wi-Fi installed in the villa. A caretaker is available during your check in, check out and will come once every morning and evening before 7pm for cleaning purposes according to your convenient time. - A packet of fresh body soap and handwash is provided. A refundable security deposit of 3000 is collected during checkin and refunded on checkout.
