A great town.
A great town. I've been there for the fourth time and will visit this place again. Perfect place. Close to restaurants and not far to the slopes. A historic and very atmospheric town. A lot of friendly people live here. Ancora restaurant well worth a visit. The waiters and bartender are very nice and treat customers the best in the world.PiotrPoland

The stay at Shandranj was unforgettable and it surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect for nature lovers and anybody seeking a quiet and restoring retreat. The towns Tesero, Cavalese, Predazzo and Pampeago nearby are a far cry from the often too idyllic and touristic towns in the Fassa valley, but they easily outcompete them in terms of authenticity, historical landmarks and real value for money.DanielGermany

Cozy family guesthouse, very nice and helpful landlady (she accommodated us with an earlier check-in and a later check-out), beautiful well-equipped room with a balcony and a view of the mountains, perfect cleanliness (every day cleaning), you can regulate the temperature in the room yourself, breakfast excellent. Easy access by car to the nearest big ski resorts (15min in every direction). Host Matteo was very kind and helpful ! We very enjoyed delicious breakfasts prepared from local products. Breathtaking views and peaceful area ensure we come back next time ! :)

New jacuzzis on the terrace for free! nice (alcohol free) drinks at the bar and nice new furnitures to enjoy them as well. Spa could be booked spontaneously! good after a hike. the chairlift to the mountains leaves basically at the hotel — very convenient!
