Small apartment (about 40 square meters) just renovated in a typical Tuscan farmhouse easily accessible in the tranquility of the Valdicecina hills. The ideal solution for both couples and families with children to spend relaxing days and visit some of the most suggestive places in Tuscany. The house, fully furnished in wood, is arranged on two levels: - on the ground floor kitchenette (with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and pantry), living room with sofa bed and 32" Smart TV. - on the first floor double bedroom with bathroom and shower. The wonderful village of Volterra is less than 10 minutes by car and a short distance away you can also visit the typical villages of San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Casole d'Elsa or Monteriggioni. The cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa as well as the sea of ​​the Tuscan coast are all reachable in about one hour drive. 700 meters away from the house there is a farm that offers the possibility of horse riding in the amazing Tuscan countryside Guests will have a portion of a private garden with deckchairs, gazebo, table and wooden benches as well as a large communal garden with barbecue.
