Spacious and bright flat on the top floor, without elevator, of an elegant block of flats. Quiet and peaceful environment. Recently renovated, it offers 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a large living room with 2 sofa beds, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a large balcony overlooking the communal garden. The flat also provides a garage for the safety of your bicycles! One free parking is available on site, other parking spaces are available for a fee and on request (15 euro for the first 2 days, 20 euro up to 4 days, 30 euro for longer stays). Free parking spaces are available outside the building. CLEANING INFORMATION: The flat is provided with towels and bed linen. Towels are changed free of charge after the 3rd day. Bed linen is changed free of charge after the 6th day. There is no cleaning service during the stay. The flat is completely cleaned at the end of each stay. Extra cleaning/sheets/towels during the stay are available at an extra charge. ROOM/BED CHOICE In order to better organise your stay, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any accommodation preferences (double bed/room with 2 separate single beds/separate rooms). CHECK-IN Check-in is from 16:30 to 20:00. From 20:00 to 22:00 is possible to check in without extra fee but upon request From 22:00 to midnight is possible to check in with an extra cost of Euro 25 and upon request From midnight onwards is possible to check in with an extra cost of Euro 50 and upon request

Perfect location for those who want to have a convenient and central base for visiting Lake Como. Located in a quiet area close to the countryside and the river. In a few minutes it is possible to reach the centre of Canzo with its historical bakeries and ancient alleys.
