Loved the spacious apartment and that it had very nice lake views. The private garden was excellent and it was very quiet. That was very important for me.

A unique place well worth visiting. Great ferry links.
A unique place well worth visiting. Great ferry links. Some good and reasonably priced restaurants alongside overhyped and overpriced options. Overcrowded, relatively small and lacking normal shops. Can feel slightly unreal at times.

Such an incredibly beautiful place in Lake Como.
Such an incredibly beautiful place in Lake Como. It really does come into its own at about 8 pm where the majority of the tourists have gone home and Bellagio nightlife comes alive - there so many small, tucked away restaurants to choose from. Food is excellent and the views across the lake are stunning. Whilst we had two days in Lake Como we could’ve stayed so much longer. Getting around the lake from Bellagio is very easy by ferry and for approximately €15 per person you can get a day ticket. We visited the Varenna and Tremezzo and took in the sites of Villa Carlotta, Villa Monesteria and the Grand Hotel Tremezzo (amazing cocktails), with other things crammed in between. A fairly intense schedule and we had so much we wanted to see and so little time in which to see it, so we will definitely be back to stay one Bellagio. Bellagio not the faint hearted
In such that there are a lot of steps. There is a way around the village which we chose to takewith our suitcases as we had stayed higher up, but bear in mind it is still a relatively steep hill. If you’re not fit upon arrival, you certainly will be fit by the end of it.

It was pretty good but a big down for us was when we saw we had a flat tire in the morning after we checked out. We went to the gas station beside the hotel and Waited for service to help. It closed down and we went to the hotel parking lot where we had stayed. Then the service that helped us came to the parking lot to change our tire. And the hotel wanted us to pay for changing the tire in the parking lot and said it was a lot of noise and that we were disturbing the people that were sleeping (it was at 1 pm and we were just changing one tire).

Three nights in Bellagio gave us a taste of the area.
Three nights in Bellagio gave us a taste of the area. We planned a day of sightseeing some of the magnificent villas - this proved challenging, as the ferries don't run for several hours in the afternoon. We figured out that a morning excursion and return to Bellagio around 2pm worked best. Many good dining options in Bellagio and lots of super cute shops!

Centrally located with access to all other places around lake como
A fair distance from Milan malpensa airport
Public transport available but not always reliable and communication difficult making it an onerous process
The hotel is very cosy, with only a few rooms and a lovely garden with a pool outside. The hostess is super friendly, she gave us tips on what to do in Bellagio as well as recommended day trips for us to do around lake como. She was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot, especially on which attraction is open or closed each day and how to get there. We didn’t book breakfast because we were on a hurry in the morning, but it looked great, as it’s served in the garden with an amazing view of lake como.
Would highly recommend the Domus Bellagio if you are visiting Lake Como. The room was large and clean and we had a lovely balcony over looking the lake with beautiful views. Our host was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area, she gave us some great recommendations for dinner and some helpful travel advice for getting around. The shuttle service to and from the town centre was extremely helpful as taxis are hard to come by! Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
The apartment was light, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine. Balcony looking to the hills and across to Lake Como. Air conditioning, TV, games, and the host had provided lots of helpful information about the local area.
And the MOST amazing welcome pack!
Walkable to & from the town of Bellagio (15mins) or the lake (10mins). 2 well-stocked supermarkets within 10min walk
Hotel with an excellent view of the lake and mountain in front of it. ⛴️🏔️ Quite convenient to take a ferry to various places in and around Lake Como.
Staff is highly polite & service, cleanliness is super. 👍 Room size is quite comfortable. 🛏️ #lakecomo #mountainview #ferry #polite #clean #comfortable
A very smart hotel with great facilities in a fabulous location overlooking Lake Como. The majority of the staff were polite and attentive, and I would stay again.
