Overall the hotel was great and I would tell anyone who can afford to go, MAKE IT HAPPEN! Bellagio is beautiful. The shopping was fun and the shop keepers were great. I did Bellagio in 1 day- I highly recommend staying the night there and waking up to the beautiful views. Although it was touristy it was only busy on the main streets and otherwise very serene and peaceful. Villa Melzi is close by and cool to see.AAnonymous - Scored 1010

The most beautiful village I have visited, it is not suitable for wheelchair nor child trolley. You have to climb millions of stairs but it is extremely beautiful. No taxis nor Uber available so you have to depend on ferries and busses.

The Hotel Florence turned out to be an excellent choice for our two nights in town. Wonderfully located right on the lake side, our room had a wonderful view. The facilities are top notch and the room was fab all round. The staff were all lovely. The hotel is very usefully located almost opposite the ferry terminal making our subsequent journey to Como very easy (despite the rain!) Would definitely stay there again.

If you’re looking for a place to visit Lake Como, I deeply recommend! Also, they give you free pass to Gardine di Villa Melzi, magic spot (got engaged there) 😁 On top of that, there’s 2 cute dogs (Suzie and Nocce) that are always happy to see you and coming for pets (loved that as I’m pet owner myself)AdilPoland
