The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all key attractions, shops, and restaurants. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Marco. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsive. From the very beginning, he provided clear instructions, was always available for any questions, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel welcome and completely at ease.

Great location, just 4 minutes walk from Lugano Paradiso Train Station, in front of the lake promenade and minutes away from Salvatore funiculore. Another advantage is the late check-in possibility for those arriving by train in the evening. The old condition of the building also has its charm for vintage lovers.

We stayed for a night. The gentleman that welcomed us was kind. He offered my husband coffee even though we didn't buy the breakfast there. Thanks a lot!

I loved my stay at this hotel. I had a single room on the top floor with a small balcony and amazing views. The room is simple and small, but perfect for a stay in a town with so much to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists and the breakfast staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better.

They have air conditioner, for the extreme heat this summer it is a life saver!

What a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. So conveniently located downtown, right above /on the funicular station, and still quiet - so easy to get up/down to the train/bus station in less than 5 minutes. Conveniently located right next to the lake, park, historical old town, restaurants, stores. So tidy and clean, and thoughtful. My room was tiny with some window over the roof view, but so ergonomic and comfortable, Breakfast was delicious with quite a variety. But most of all - hotel staff, so polite, courteous and welcoming. I loved my little treat upon arrival and safety kit in the room with complimentary water too.

Excellent location in the middle of town very close to everything! Staff very helpful. Apartment had everything you could need. Very comfortable bed too. Would stay here again for sure.
