L'Antica Colonna residence, an elegant and recently renovated residence, is located inside the historic Gherardi Palace a short distance away from all the main places of interest of Parma's city center. Ideal for hosting up to 4 people, the house has a main double bedroom for 2 people. Additional guest may use the comfortable double sofa bed located in the open space of the living room. The apartment, with modern facilities of the highest quality, exquisite style and elegant decor, offers a perfect mix between the charm of the past and contemporary comfort. It is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Gherardi dating back to 1400 although some scholars identify its origins even earlier in 1300, believing it possible that it was Petrarch's home when he lived in Parma. Upon entering the residence, guests will be delighted by a bright and airy atmosphere, enriched by refined furnishings and design details.
