Truly exceptional property, from the friendliness of the staff, the ambience in the room we had, right through to the delightful breakfast experience (me with a little Italian and the staff member with no English!), conversing with a gentleman who fed us well and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Loved the room and facilities, bedroom and bathroom was clean and organised. Very spacious. Staff were very nice to put a cot in the room, also clean and bad pillow and sheets. We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back to visit Parma and would love to stay here again.

The room was located just a short walk from Parma train station, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase very far. The room was large, with a comfy bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a powerful shower. It even had a heated towel rail and a diffuser for the hairdryer - luxury! It took just 10 minutes to walk into the main part of town. I can recommend Pepen for paninis - they were lovely! Tabarro had a great vibe and fabulous wines, and I had a wonderful meal at Officina Alimentare Dedicata.

The location is very close to Parma train station. The hosts have been very kind , I had a 30kg suitcase, they’ve helped me carried it to the third floor upon arrival and also check out , I’m beyond grateful ☺️

Very worth staying, right in the city centre, very close to the bus stop and only 10 minutes to the Parma train station. There is a very famous restaurant downstairs, and we still could enjoy a delicious dinner when we arrived at 11pm.
