The location is perfect to get around the town. You do not need a car. The garage is very small so if you do bring a car make it a small one. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay in Orvieto very much. Our host Rosanna was wonderful. She went out of her way to help us.

The apartment is in a perfect location and the attentive owner lives very close. There is a garage for the car under the building and the owner will meet you at a local piazza to guide you to it. It was set up like a home, everything for self cooking. A lovely porch with table and chairs. Highly recommend!

Quiet and 6 minutes to center and Duomo. Hostess is really sweet and kindly drove us to the station on departure. A PAM supermarket just down the road and a couple of places selling fresh pasta for self-catering. Loads of restaurants nearby. Coffee machine. Loved the balcony in the evenings. Full bathroom. Kitchen is very well equipped, (no microwave) with induction plates. 2 bedrooms. Beautifully clean. Would definately return.

This place is a gem! A largish apartment of 2 very big bedrooms, a decent bathroom and well equiped kitchen. Two air conditioners ensured a cool stay even in the current heat wave. The owner - who lives across the hallway - was extremely helpful and sweet - and the free large garage to park in is a wonderful bonus. The location is good for pretty well everything in town. I could not fault this place - it was way better than it looked on Booking.com. and I cannot recommend it more highly. I understand, alas, that the owner may be retiring the unit at the end of the year, so get in while you can!

The apartment is the property of Rosanna, a lovely lady who meets you near the entrance of the building. Upon check-in, she explains you everything you need in the apartment, and lives close by in case of any question. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and despite being central, is very quiet (located on a little lane in the old town). The kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook. I appreciated very much the possibility of early check-in. Wi-fi works fine.

Our wonderful host Rosanna met us and showed the way to her place in a very narrow street in the old town. The next day, after check out, she found for us a free parking place near her house, in the heart of old town. We were very grateful for that.
