Located in a contemporary apartment block close to all amenities. There is a superb sandy beach 1km away. The beautiful historical old town of Alghero, is a 20-25 minute walk away. For those wishing to travel the island, the local train/bus station a 5 minutes walk. There is a choice of many restaurants and shops nearby, including a massive country market which is held every week and is less than 10 minutes walk away. NOTE: Lift to 4th floor then a stairs to loft apartment level (5th Floor). This is a loft apartment with sloping ceilings internally.
Guests will be greeted at the apartment by our agents Louise & David who will show them around the apartment and its features. Louise & David are also an excellent source of local information and is available by phone throughout your stay especially in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Quite residential area with easy walking access to all ammenities including shops, public transport, pharmacy, hospital & beaches. Free on-street parking. All ammenities are within 10 minutes waking distance. Train station and bus stop are 5 minutes walk away.
