Fully-refurbished flat, bright and cosy, located in the old town, set up on the first floor with elevator The flat is 78mq large and has 2 large bridal suites with television, air conditioning, and double-glazed windows which make the rooms soundproofed (every room has French doors). Then there are a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a queen sized sofa bed, table, and a balcony. The flat is well-located, outside the controlled traffic zone of Bologna, nearby Piazza Malpighi and Ugo Bassi street. It takes a few minutes to reach the public pay and display-parking zone, only 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Maggiore and 15 minutes to the railway station. In the proximity of the flat you can easily find the main bus stops, from where you can move all around the city (1,50 euro per ticket on the bus), until the Guglielmo Marconi airport (6 euro bus every 11 minutes). Perfect for families, couples, groups of friends looking for the ideal accommodation for sightseeing or participating at a city event

My apartment is convenient for reaching the Bologna Fair, home to important events such as COSMOPROF, CERSAIE, SAIE. By public transport you can reach the Fair in about half an hour. Also very close to the beautiful markets of Bologna (Mercato delle Erbe, Mercato di Mezzo and Mercato della Terra) where you can taste and buy typical products and quality wines.
The flat is at a short distance from the main city theatres, the Fico exhibition, the Renato Dall’Ara stadium, Unipol arena, Pala Dozza and Giardini Margherita gardens). At 15 minutes from BolognaFiere fair ground and at 5 minute distance from the main economic city centres, this accommodation is also ideal for professionals coming for business purposes and sectorial fair exhibitions.At 15 minutes from Maggiore hospital and 20 minutes from Rizzoli / S. Orsola hospital. All supply systems are compliant with legal standards and have undergone recent inspections. We will try to be present at your arrival, but in case of unusual check-in time, you could do a self-check-in. An extra small bed is available for up-to-4-year-old children, along with a high chair and a stroller. Check-in from 1pm to 3pm, checkout at 10am. Adjustable check-in time upon request In close proximity, you will find the main restaurants, pubs and stores of the cities, along with banks, pharmacies, cinema, shops, supermarkets and grocery stores opened until late night. Other close places are Mambo museum, Cineteca, and Raccolta Lercaro.
