The lovely, quiet and sunny apartment is tastefully decorated with many personal artistic touches and artistic paintings. The room is equipped with fan, wardrobe and bedside lamps and is provided with bed linen and towels. The bathroom is private. You will find soap, shampoo, shower caps, makeup remover wipes, hair dryer and sheets. The breakfast space is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffe espresso machine and kettle. Breakfast is included in the price. Inside the apartment the water is drinkable. Internet Wi-Fi network operating throughout the apartment. In the hallway you find books, local guides, maps to consult or to take with you when visiting the city. I prepare the house clean for you and cleaning fee is included in you daily rate. Free parking is available in the public street in front the apartment

The location is great, surrounded by old lanes, churches, supermarkets, craft shops, pharmacies, market town, leather workers, weavers, jewelers and a vintage clothing and accessory shop, markets, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars and night life all only 15 minutes away in all directions! Most important attractions are within walking distance: Capo Market, Ballarò Market, Vucciria Market, Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, Norman Palace, the "4 Canti", Politeama square, Zisa's Castle, the botanical garden and other... "Ballarò Market is the oldest market in the city, attended by hundreds of people, animated by so-called "abbanniate", that is, by loud cries of vendors who, with their distinctive and colorful local accent, trying to attract the interest of passers-by. It looks like a cluster of stalls thronged with the road and invaded by wooden boxes containing merchandise that is constantly screaming, abbanniata, chanted to advertise the good quality and good price products. Ballarò is a market used mainly to the sale of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, but there are also articles of domestic use for cooking and cleaning the house, as in the markets of the "Capo" and "Vucciria".
