The structure, built in 2020, stands a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa, which overlooks the protected marine area of the Asinara Island which later became a National Park in 2002. Finely furnished and equipped equipped with every comfort, the apartments can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, equipped with table and chairs. MANDATORY TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN: 1) FORFAIT: from 03.06 to 15.09 per day per person Euro 10.00 adults; Euro 5.00 for children 3/11.99, free for children 0/2.99. Prices include: energy consumption (electricity and water), the first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights). For stays of 14 days or multiples, 1 free tidying up is provided (kitchenette excluded). 2) FINAL CLEANING: Euro 80.00; Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of Euro 50.00. 3) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, it is mandatory for the municipality of Stintino. The amount varies according to the period. 4) DEPOSIT: Euro 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer). TO KNOW: 1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure, for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of Euro 50.00 may be requested. 2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers. 3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory. 4) Pets (to be notified at time of reservation): allowed (max 25 kg) excluding common areas, Euro 50.00 for extra cleaning, per pet.
