The hotel is renewed but it has a vintage style and atmosphere that I liked a lot. Everything in the room remembers old style hotels, probably from the ‘50s or earlier what I found very cozy. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very good although more essential than modern ones. Staff was incredibly kind and familiar, breakfast good

I know there is a lot of choice for BandBs in Sassari, but this one is really worthwhile (and it's a great name!). Great location for casual stroll anywhere, (12 mins walk from station) and a lot of care lavished on the decor. Good bed, very clear instructions from host about how to access the property, and it just felt perfect. Lovely little kitchen, and heaps of pastries etc. orange juices etc. for breakfast, and a coffee machine that I could understand. What's not to like with a dusky pink feature wall in the bedroom? Really good place.

Beautiful city, much cheaper to eat and drink out than in the coastal towns. Plenty to explore, shopping, historical buildings and churches. Excellent array of restaurants and bars. Hypermarkets on the outskirts for anything that you might need.

Sassari is a bit of a hidden gem.

Sassari is a bit of a hidden gem. I feel like most travelers probably go for Alghero or more touristy places along the coast, but are missing out on visiting Sassari. There are cafes and restaurants at every turn and the locals are out in force in the evenings. It makes for a lively and festive scene. Music is also important for the city and the summer is full of various music events and festivals, plus gastronomic events too! Take a little side trip and head over to Sassari for a day or two.

Beautiful spotlessly clean inner city with amazing architecture steeped in history however you need to go right into Piazza d’Italia and immediate cobblestone streets to appreciate this as the surrounding areas are unkempt and graffiti laden, not the place for “modern street art” in my opinion, taking away from the beauty of the historical buildings.

During our stay my partner and I didn’t take the time to explore the city of Sassari. But during the evenings we did enjoy going to a couple nice restraunts. We did enjoy using the public transportation to visit other cities but overall sassari is a very calm place to stay and very close to the north western part of the island.

Not a real tourist town but with a nice old centre (small streets, high houses, colorful facades). When we visited it (late afternoon + early evening first week of May), it was extremely quiet - some squares seemed totally deserted - which created a weird atmosphere. Scene and streets got more livelier around Piazza d'Italia and University but not what you might expect from a city with >100.000 inhabitants. Conclusion: nice but not unmissable.

A great accommodation for one night stay in the heart of Sassari. The super friendly staff handled our request (gluten intolerance) smoothly with a rich selection for breakfast, with a load of different beverages. The BnB is in the city center though it is super quiet at night, making your stay even more pleasant. The room with the bathroom inside was cozy and had every kind of comfort. The building is old but inside everything is fully renovated and smells clean. Great great great place to stay!

A wonderful host , with the best breakfast yet with all my booking.com inclusions. The room (and the entire Hotel) was beautiful and situated near a local town square that offered restaurants and bars and shops . It was a very pleasant place to explore Sassari from.
