The apartment is 100 square meters and is located on the first floor. The living area consists of a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa and LCD TV and large windows that will immerse you in the surrounding landscape; to complete the room a large dining table with wooden bench and chairs for pleasant convivial moments. The kitchen is large and super-equipped with hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobe and one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bathroom has a large shower. Going up the wooden stairs you reach a third bedroom which is equipped with 3 single beds. To complete the offer, there is a wi-fi connection, outdoor parking and a garden.
