Property info

The color house, is located a few minutes from the center of Pachino and its beautiful beaches. The holiday house, recently renovated, has a separate entrance, and consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large veranda and patio for parking, and can accommodate 5 to 7 people . The living room is equipped with functional furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishes, pentolami and dish cloths. Both double rooms can be arranged with double beds depending on your needs. The largest room has a 3rd bed (or bunk beds upon request) and in the other you can add a cullina children. The bathroom with shower, equipped with hair dryer and washing machine. Guests have bed linen and towels, and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

he location of the House of colors offers a perfect combination for a great holiday, thanks to the relaxing natural surroundings and the lush beauty of the nearby sandy beaches and turquoise sea. The color house is just 10 minutes by car Marzamemi, and Pachino, about 20 minutes from the beautiful San Lorenzo beach and the Nature Reserve Wildlife Oasis Vendicari (Noto).
