Cozy and nice apartment with large terrace inside a residential village with swimming pool near Palumbalza and the beautiful beach of Marinella, a short distance from Porto Rotondo. The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential complex with swimming pool a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The large terrace, furnished with sofas and dining area, leads to the living area, with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a second access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and iron. *The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
