APARTMENT GERANIO: 65-70 square meters (first floor entrance parking, second floor main entrance, max beds 7) 03 double rooms, large bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen / living room with large balcony. At about 10 meters possibility of barbecue with private garden. Free services: TV, hairdryer, drying rack, washing machine, wifi, gym and mountain-bike use, ski storage, parking or garage. Paid services: sauna, linen, final cleaning, TURIST TAX.
SAN SEBASTIANO: is a small village just 3.5 km from Folgaria, 8 km from Lake Lavarone, and 1.5 km from the ski facilities and Baby Park of Costa. In the village you can find: the supermarket, playground, soccer field or tennis, short and easy walks, long and demanding. For the winter there is a ski instructor and for the summer a Nordic-walking and mountain-bike instructor.
