Extremely kind host: they contacted us in advance to make sure we had everything we needed; they were very flexible for chek-in and check-out and they provided useful tips on the area. The apartment has a spacious living area and is fully furnished with kitchenware and electric appliances. The apartment is very quite both day and night even if it is at only five minutes on foot from the center of Oulx. Oulx is an ideal base for a winter vacation: it is 5 minutes from the Jouvenceaux chairlift leading to the Sestriere ski area; as an alternatives you can reach by car the Bardonecchia ski area in 15 minutes, or the Montgenèvre ski area in 20 minutes.

We were a group of four and spent 4 days exploring the area on motorbikes. The house was very nice, with room for us all, fully equipped and with space to park our motorbikes and take off all the gear without having to take anything dirty into the house. Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and good quality bakery, and Oulx was close to all our planned routes. Our host Renato was very helpful and welcoming. A pleasure! We hope to be able to go back in the future

The location is perfect for going to different skiing areas by car. Quite place with nice surroundings and at the same time just few minutes to walk to the center of the town. To have a possibility to park our car in the garage was a really nice surprise. Renato and Tatjana were really nice hosts and very helpfull in all practicalities.

I had the most wonderful stay in Oulx. Renato was super friendly and went WAY above and beyond to welcome me. He met me at the train station and drove me to the condo (though it was an easy <10 min walk), and then drove me to some shops! (Again, I could have easily walked, but the hospitality was amazing) My stay itself was wonderful. I ended up going to Oulx alone (my friend who was going to join couldn't make it). I almost cancelled the trip but I am glad I did not - it was so beautiful there, and the hiking & trail running is excellent. I had no car and had no trouble getting to/from Oulx by train, and around Oulx on foot! There is a trail literally steps from the door which you can use to go straight up to the mountains. And Oulx has everything you need (bakery, stores, etc) in easy walking distance too. My only regret was that the stay was too short. Would love to be back!

Renato and Tania are great hosts. The house is warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. The location is perfect, close to the village for restaurants, shops and bakery and close to numerous resorts for skiing.

Dieses Haus ist eine phantastische Unterkunft mit einem unglaublich netten Vermieter. Als Motorradfahrer war für uns die abgeschlossene Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus besonders praktisch. Von der Garage aus gelangt man in einen großen Keller-/Aufenthaltsraum in dem man bequem die ganze Ausrüstung verstauen kann, Jacken, Helme und Stiefel stehen nicht im Weg herum und der Wohnbereich bleibt ordentlich. Wir haben viele Tips zum Essengehen erhalten die wir in der Menge innerhalb einer Woche nicht alle ausprobieren konnten. Die Küche ist klein, bietet aber alles Notwendige. Geschirr sowie Besteck und Küchen Utensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit ist super um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns rundherum zuhause gefühlt.
