Benvenuti in VILLAGGIO OLANDESE We rent our simply furnished holiday bungalow with approx. 300 m2 of space and a private parking space. As a guest, you have sole access to the entire bungalow. The holiday cottage in Terrno C27 has been renovated in stages. THE PRICE STATED IS FOR 2 PERSONS EACH. The living/usable area is approx. 80m² and is divided as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with sofa and TV and WiFi, dining area / kitchenette - Shower / toilet - Bedroom with 2 single beds - Bedroom with 1 single bed In the attic (access to the upper Floor above ladder) - open sleeping gallery / room with 2 single beds You must bring your own bed linen and kitchen linen. Large terrace/outside seating area (garden furniture is available) Pets are allowed. (Please inquire) Euro 6 per day will be charged separately. * Bed and kitchen linen etc. must be brought by yourself. (Cannot be rented) * THE PRICE STATED IS FOR 2 PERSONS. Extra: The final cleaning Euro 80.- must be paid on site 10.4.24/20.30h

La casetta "Allegra" is located in the holiday complex "villaggio Olandese" (or as it is also called, Villaggio di Sunclass Bedero) in Terreno C27 in a wooded, nature-preserved environment in the middle of chestnut forests above Lake Maggiore in Brezzo di Bedero, around 3 km from Luino (Italy) removed. The complex consists of a group of bungalows (roof-only houses) and also has a communal pool (free entry with lifeguard), a children's paddling pool, tennis, table tennis, mini golf and a restaurant.
