Set in the center of Positano, the holiday home "Caterine Estate" boasts a fantastic sea view directly from the premises. The 2-storey property is an example of the historical architecture of the Amalfi coast. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer. There are vaulted ceilings, and the bathrooms and floors are adorned with handmade Vietri tiles. The villa also offers a private balcony that overlooks the nearby sea and the village of Positano. Public transport links are located within easy reach, and there is a grocery store within a few walking minutes of the property. It takes 10 minutes to reach an area with bars and restaurants. The distance to the beach is just 400 m 15 minutes walking distance . Pets, smoking and celebrating parties are not allowed.
