The Chalet consists of 2 independent apartments: - Superior Apartment is the largest on the first floor - 2 bedroom apartment is in the attic. We inform our future and welcome Guests that once the reservation has been made, a communication containing the "Guidelines of the Structure" will be sent. Please read it as soon as possible. Thank you. Here are some guidelines: - The Trentino Guest Card is free for our Guests. - Please note that for stays of two consecutive weeks, we will take care of the total change of linen and general cleaning of the apartment about halfway through the stay, subject to agreement with you; - The products of Barbara's garden are available to our guests if they are perfectly ripe; - There are two different outdoor areas, one for each apartment, set up for lunch on the wooden platforms. - At guests' disposal there are two barbecues, one for each apartment; - The brazier in the dedicated area can be used by everyone with the wood placed on the right side of the little house in the garden; - Access to the inside of the structure, at any time, for reasons of public safety, is not allowed to external people other than the names shown in the reservation. This is possible in the external common areas, always respecting the privacy of the other Guests present and upon communication to the owner; - Guests are responsible in the event of damage caused to the structure, systems and furnishings and are required to pay compensation; - It is specified that the booking price includes an Ordinary Consumption of the electricity supplied, therefore, Refills of Electric Vehicles of Any Type are Not Included or Authorised. In case of need to recharge the e-Bike, please ask the owner in advance; - Subscribing to the reservation implies knowledge and acceptance of the regulation and the Guidelines. Barbara, Daniele and their three children, lovers of the mountains and silence, have chosen this corner of Paradise for the peace it is able to transmit. Chalet Barbara is a family-run establishment located at an altitude of about 920 m a.s.l. immersed in the greenery and peace of the splendid and enchanted Val di Sella, a magical side valley of the Valsugana, Eastern Trentino. Renovated and modernized in 2018, it combines the characteristics of a typical mountain building with the modern technologies available to guests. The "Superior" first floor apartment has an area of approximately 76m2 net, two bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom with bidet and shower, plus two terraces equipped as a dining and relaxation area which allow you to significantly expand the availability of this apartment giving the opportunity to experience the outdoors even without going in the garden. It has a double entrance; one from the garden goes up to the terrace. The attic apartment "Apt. with 2 bedrooms" has a surface area of approximately 57m2 net, kitchen, bathroom with bidet and with tub/shower plus a small and charming terrace also facing the garden of the Chalet and the splendid peaks of the Asiago plateau. Given its strategic location in the heart of Valsugana and Val di Sella, the position of Chalet Barbara will allow you to quickly reach the main attractions and places in the area ... and then return to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the place, your house immersed in nature, of your exclusive spaces available and finally sleep in the typical mountain summer coolness! You can walk in nature, climb some peaks, enjoy the Art of Val di Sella and the many other Trentino museums, take a relaxing bath in one of the splendid Blue Flag lakes nearby, take further care of yourself by indulging in the well-deserved attention at one of the centuries-old Spas in the area, go to the a lot of Malghe in the mountain, taste the local products, enjoy the splendid panoramas that Nature provides us with ...or lie comfortably in the company of a good book, admiring the majestic mountains that surround you and letting yourself be lulled by the silence and chirping of birds. On foot or by bike you can choose from a wide range of paths and cycle paths and if you want to do any other activity ... in the area you are spoiled for choice! We will be happy to give you all the necessary information. Borgo Valsugana which has been one of the most beautiful villages in Italy since 2022 is only 10km from the Chalet, Roncegno Terme (14Km) with its centuries-old chestnut trees, Levico Terme (25Km) and Caldonazzo with their splendid Blue Flag lakes, Trento, Bolzano, Rovereto, Verona, the Tesino, Bassano del Grappa, the Lagorai chain, just to name a few.
