‪Our charming apartment with a breath-taking sight over the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge is located in the Sestiere di San Marco, only a few steps away from the Fortuny Palace - right in the heart of the island of Venice!‬ Recently renovated, the apartment is at the second floor of a 18th century palace, and is served by an elevator that goes upfront the entrance. ‪The whole building faces the Grand Canal and it is well connected with public transports.‪It is surrounded by a peaceful and calm atmosphere, away from the packed roads of Venice: it still allows to enjoy the amazing sight of the Grand Canal, with his fascinating flow of boats and people, gondolas and seagulls.‬ You will never forget the daily sunset from the windows, with its incredible explosions of red and orange colors! ‪The apartment has its own entrance, one comfortable bathroom with a very nice shower, one double bedroom and one living room with custom-made kitchenette designed by excellent Venetian artisans.‬ ‪It is indeed possible to offer accommodation for extra guests, thanks to a comfortable and quality king size sofa-bed.‬ Its interior design was inspired from the classic and the orientalisme !

The apartment is located in the center of Venice, the ancient Rivo alto area (RIALTO), where the first settlers started to build this unique city.The area is well served and near the public transport stops. Just some steps out side you'll find a supermarket , cinema, pharmacy, restaurants, pizza, and many traditional osterie where to drink Very nearby itineraries are PALAZZO FORTUNY, where in the early 20th century Mariano Fortuny started a successful production of textile following the ancient tradition of Venice, inspired from the orientalist soul of the island, rooted in the history of the leader of trade with the eastern markets, which made the richness of the SERENISSIMA. SCALA CONTARINI DEL BOVOLO, 5 min away from home, is a minor itinerary that astonish the visitor for the perfection of the geometry of this architectural treasure, a rare round staircase of the 15th century. RIALTO BRIDGE, the first stone bridge on the Grand Canal, builted in the late 16th century, will bring you to the hectic trade center of Venice, the Market of the fish and vegetables, with its characteristic traditional restaurants and Osterie where to eat and drink local recipes and wines!
