Property information

Chicca House, is an independent apartment in a villa, located between the Pizzuta area and the Miano Village, near Viale Scala Greca, 10 minutes from the island of Ortigia. Supermarkets, park, pharmacy, tobacconist's and McDonald's nearby. The apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends with up to 6 beds or for couples looking for relax. The structure is equipped with laundry, air conditioners, pellet stove, wi-fi, ethernet, full kitchen, and a large veranda.
