Big and confortable room, super friendly stuff

The staff were super helpful. The location was the best ever and so close to the centre of town. It was also helpful to have somewhere to park our car.

The hotel is pleasant to stay in. The room is extremely large, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The hotel has excellent heating, which was important to us, because the nights in January are cold. The breakfast is excellent and varied, but the best thing is the fresh orange juice made for you by the friendly waiters.

Everything was nice, thanks to the staff for making our stay so nice. Easy check in , very professional and friendly welcoming. Hotel is in the city center with a carpark close and easely accessible. Room with all amenities needed and very good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great. I personally love the building. It’s very close to Noto by car. It’s at a very good price for the size of the rooms and also for the quietness. It’s better to sleep outside of Noto and visit it during the day. Great place in general!

Loved the central location right in the heart of Noto. And it was such a great experience to stay in this beautiful old Palace. The room was very spacious and super comfy.

I arrived late at the hotel 8.30 pm The receptionist tried to find me a restaurant nearby that was open. they helped my wife to our room as my wife was walking with crutches. All with a smile simply wonderful caring people

Everything! The staff was very welcoming and nice from the moment we arrived. They showed us to our room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed and superior shower! I would definitely suggest to have a dinner at the location as it was very tasty and also service was very polite and nice. Also breakfast was very good, tasty and there were lots of food to choose from. We were in Sicily for a week and this was the best place was stayed at. Thank your for the warm reception!

Beautiful, immaculate and exceptional food

Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!

It was even nicer than we had expected! The design and layout was really cleverly done, so you could have privacy or socialise depending on your mood. Having just 7 rooms made it feel very special and all the staff were wonderful. The food was excellent with just the right portions, and lots produced in house.

This place exceeded expectations and its way better than in the pictures. Staff is kind and efficient. rooms very spacious and gardens amazing. Near the sea in a few minutes. Food is great as well (Nana restaurant)

The location is fantastic, the hotel is the perfect balance of classic/modern. Recently renovated but retains classic features. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The terrace was the perfect spot of the entire apartment!! Beautiful, indeed!! Close to the city centre!! The host was very responsive . Definitely, the place where you can come back easily. ;)

Lovely hotel, just at the right location with parking facility. Very clean room and comfortable beds /pillows. Abundant breakfast items. Staff greeted us with a smile and really made us fell at home. Definitely recommend.

The location is perfect for a chill-out vacation, which is what I wanted and breakfast was perfect. The prorietors were extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive.

The location is perfect in every respect . It is a wonderful environment and a perfect location for a fantastic holiday - -Noto , Syracuse , the nature reserve and a host of superb places to visit close by . The restaurant is absolutely excellent . We have stayed here over a 10 years and it just gets better.

This was an exceptional Hotel the staff were friendly bent over backwards to make our stay relaxing would highly recommend this hotel
