Excellent service Super friendly & helpful So clean & homely Close to historic centre

The staff were super helpful. The location was the best ever and so close to the centre of town. It was also helpful to have somewhere to park our car.

Great location next to the parking lot (access from there through the ground floor restaurant), friendly and truly informative reception, very comfortable room (1/2 floor lower than the breakfast room), welcome drink with nibblies on the top floor terrasse. Superb!

Loved the central location right in the heart of Noto. And it was such a great experience to stay in this beautiful old Palace. The room was very spacious and super comfy.

This hotel met all our requirements. The room was so clean & fresh. No musty smell & with all the amenities you could ask for including tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent & well catered. Definitely recommend.

This was one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed in. The whole grounds are lush and green full of lemon and other citrus trees, everything is well laid out. Our room was clean and cozy, housekeeping was impecable. We felt so well taken care of. The whole hotel staff was lovely and so friendly to ud and our little daughter. We felt welcomed and at home. Especiaĺy Slavatore was just a spectacular host! Breakfasts were wonderful, freshly squeezed orange juice was served to us every morning, home made cakes and pastries were incredible. If you are staying here, do yourself a favor and visit hotel restaurant for dinner - the food is fantastic, their chef is genius! There was also plenty room for parking and parking is covered with solar panels, so your car doesn’t get too hot and it’s good for the environment! This was trully an oasis of peace for us and whenever we go back to Sicily, we are gonna stay here again!

Beautiful, immaculate and exceptional food

Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!

This place exceeded expectations and its way better than in the pictures. Staff is kind and efficient. rooms very spacious and gardens amazing. Near the sea in a few minutes. Food is great as well (Nana restaurant)

book the Master Suite to wake up to views of the Piazza and the main street. You can’t beat it!

Zahir Country House is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They are attentive and truly go out of their way to ensure guests have an amazing stay. The rooms are lovely, combining traditional charm with modern comforts. Each room is uniquely decorated with beautiful artwork, adding a special touch. The food here is excellent, offering delicious, locally-sourced dishes that really highlight the flavors of the region. One of the highlights for me was the stunning pool. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, surrounded by the serene countryside. In the evenings, the outdoor cinema is a real treat, offering a unique and cozy way to enjoy a movie under the stars. It is also conveniently located near some beautiful beaches, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds—peaceful countryside and stunning coastlines. For anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here!
